I also believe it’s very important to record dreams in order to helpyou come up with your own methods of decoding. Many of us love writing or typing, and it’s fine to keep a Dream Journal by your bedside or on your computer. Upon wakening, ask yourself the following questions and record your answers in your Journal:

> What time did I go to bed?
> What did I eat before I went to bed?
> What did I drink?
> What did I watch, read, or listen to?
> Did I take any medication? If so, what was it?
> What was on my mind as I was trying to go to sleep?

The dreams that you have recorded and the answers to these questions will assist you greatly in decoding your dreams. Happy dream decoding!
